A handful of people are experiencing difficulties with downloading and unzipping ZIP files. We have not determined the reason for this, but a couple of suggestions for handling ZIP files may make it easier.
1) Make sure you save the ZIP to disk, rather than "open with". 2) Make sure that the ZIP file has fully downloaded before you try to unzip the file. 3) On Windows XP, winrar works. On MAC, stuffit works. 4) Vista has known problems handling large ZIP files. I'm not sure this is the cause of the problem some are having, but it may be.
